Full Service Property Management
- Tenant Placement – 50% of 1st month’s rent
- Flat Monthly Fee: 10% of collected rent (minimum $80)
- Electronic monthly statements, annual statements, and 1099s prepared for owner’s accounting
- No setup fees and no management fees during vacancies
- Full brokerage and investment analysis services for owners
- Maintenance scheduled and managed with licensed vendors
- Provide a Tenant Portal for tenants to conveniently pay rent online, obtain payment statements and submit maintenance requests
- Notify property owners of regular, necessary property maintenance
